Guarantee Policy
All reservations must be guaranteed with a credit card valid at the date of the start of your stay, unless otherwise specified.
Cancellation Policy
No cancellation charge applies prior to 18:00(local time) on the day of arrival. Beyond that time, the first night will be charged.
Special requirements
B & B FOC for 2 children aged 12 or under sharing parents room on a B & B basis. Rooms fit 1 extra bed only (no extra bed in Luxury rooms). Max. 3 PAX in Premium, Premium Patio and Luxury rooms and Max. 4 PAX in higher room types (1 must be a child).
Check in Policy
The room is available from 14:00 except in case of Early Check In.
Check out Policy
The room must be vacated by 12:00 at the latest except in case of Late Check Out.
Official documents to provide
In order to comply with government regulations, your ID card or passport must be submitted upon check-in at our hotels. Copies of the identification will then be submitted to the relevant government offices.
Children and extra beds
Children policy
Free accommodation and breakfast for up to 2 child(ren) under 12 y. sharing the parents room (by using existing bedding, or if the room is large enough, a crib or a rollaway bed) having breakfast as a family. Club access benefits extended to children.~
Special term for children
Minors must be accompanied by a responsible adult. Important Note: Premium, Premium Patio rooms can accommodate only 1 child. Luxury rooms can accommodate only 1 child sharing parents bedding. Offered extra bed is subject to availablity upon check-in.
